Tuition and Financial Aid

Tuition and Financial Aid

We are committed to maintaining socio-economic diversity in our community by helping families afford a CCJDS education. Need-based financial aid is a cornerstone of our mission and CCJDS makes substantial funds available to qualifying families.  The school’s goal is to help as many families requiring assistance as possible.

Financial Aid Application

We use the School and Student Services/TADS platform for our financial aid application process.

To apply for need-based financial aid:

  1. Click here for instructions and to set up your account in the SSS/TADS Family Portal.
  2. By Monday, January 26, 2026: Complete the Parent’s Financial Statement (found in the portal)
  3. By Monday, January 26, 2026:  Upload supporting documentation to the portal.

Required supporting documentation: 2025 Tax Return. If your 2025 Tax Return has not been filed by January 26, 2026, the following documentation is required by that date: 2025 W2 form(s) and 2024 Tax Return (if not already on file with our Business Office). In this case, your 2025 Tax Return must be submitted to CCJDS by April 15, 2026 and the flexible tuition amount is subject to change based on the tax return information.

Financial Aid – Who Qualifies?

CCJDS recognizes that tuition is a barrier for a range of income levels.  Families with combined incomes of $0- $300,000+ have qualified for tuition support depending on their particular situation including numbers of children, assets/debts, and other financial considerations.

We encourage families that have concerns about their ability to meet our tuition requirements to go through the financial aid application process. All disclosures of information will remain confidential.  The Flexible Tuition Committee will produce a tuition package recommendation after financial information has been submitted.

If you have questions regarding the SSS/TADS financial aid application, contact SSS/TADS Family Support at (800) 344-8328 or sssandtadsfa@communitybrands.com.

For other questions about tuition and financial aid, please contact CCJDS Business Manager Yolanda Casco (businessmanager@ccjds.org).

Financial assistance is partially funded by generous donors, including the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund, the Aaron and Marie Blackman Foundation, the Milton and Sophie Meyer Fund, and hundreds of individuals in our community.
