Volunteers make CCJDS a great community! There are many ways to contribute: make and serve lunch at school, decorate for holiday celebrations, plan teacher appreciation activities, host fundraising and friend-raising events, create buzz on social media and reach out to prospective families, be a career mentor for an 8th grade student, and so much more. Working at school, at home and in the community, you can make a big difference.
All families are asked to contribute at least 10 hours of volunteer work per year (5 hours for single parents) but many parents have a great time doing more. Grandparents and friends also love to pitch in.
